I have a problem...

So, here’s the deal... I’ve got these white spots "down there"—or more accurately, some sores.
Btw, I'm sleeping with my boyfriend about 3 or 4 times a week... always using a condom. Just to clarify, this stuff only showed up recently... and there's a bit of a stinging sensation after sex, but only when I go to the bathroom. What could be causing this?
Has anyone else dealt with something like this? Any idea what we're looking at?😠

I have an appointment with my OBGYN, but I have to wait another 15 days before they can see me...

Look, if I had white bumps popping up right at the entrance of my vagina, I wouldn't be sitting around waiting two weeks for an appointment at a free clinic. I’d book a private doctor for Tuesday and call it a day!
Are you noticing anything else? Any discharge, what color, etc.? We've got some medical folks in here, so give us a bit more info if you want a "forum diagnosis."

Hey, take a quick scroll down to the section on "nails and cuticles" to see if any of that sounds like what you're dealing with... Honestly, just reading stuff like this makes me super paranoid. I swear, I start feeling symptoms I don't even have! I’d much rather just get my prescription from the doctor and be done with it. If I had to wait two weeks for an appointment, I’d probably end up locked in a padded cell just rocking in the corner and humming nursery rhymes to stay sane.

In the best-case scenario, it’s just normal stuff. In a middle-of-the-road scenario, you're looking at a yeast infection or some kind of vaginitis. But in the worst-case scenario? It could be a whole bunch of other things. That's why I'm telling you, just shell out those $200$100 at a private clinic and get some peace of mind so you can actually sleep at night. There are tons of great doctors recommended over in Chicago if you want to go that route.

Well, "basic" isn't exactly what this feels like... based on everything going on, I'm leaning toward the second option.
And how do you even treat yeast infections or vaginitis anyway???
Also, just to reiterate—I don't have unprotected sex... so we can definitely rule out STIs.

Don't go ruling stuff out just yet! Honestly, the only 100% way to avoid pregnancy and STDs is abstinence... lol. For yeast issues: there's all sorts of antifungal creams, vaginal suppositories, or taking Diflucan orally. If it's bacterial vaginitis, you'll need antibiotics, obviously.

And seriously, stop trying to play doctor! Just run to the gynecologist unless you want your head to explode from stress. lol.
