I’m looking for some advice on a new cooler. I don't really plan on overclocking anything or anything crazy like that, I just really want something quiet.

My budget is around $83

Alpenfohn 👍 makes some solid coolers that were a nightmare to track down here in the States...
They push twice the airflow compared to other high-end coolers in the same price bracket, like the LC-CC-120, Gaia II, or Themis Black....
