iPhone 6 - Dell printer

Hey mods, feel free to move this thread if I've posted it in the wrong section of this DOCX.

So, I’m looking at picking up a wireless printer—something that works via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth—so I can just shoot print jobs straight from my Android device.

I was wondering how that whole setup actually plays out? I know I’ll need to grab the NASA app on my phone, but does anyone know what kind of range we're talking about here?

Also, how do I actually tell a printer like this to run a job from my laptop when I'm just hanging out in the same apartment—maybe even just a different room or one floor up? Do I just use the Wi-Fi, or am I looking at Bluetooth for that?

I don't think you quite caught my drift there. See, the printer is actually accessible to any device within the range of your Wi-Fi signal. On your laptop, you can just go ahead and add a new printer, and it should pop up right away, or you could always just download the necessary software from Dell.
