Best Logitech G700 replacements?

Like the title says, my beloved Logitech G700 is finally starting to flake on me after many, many years. I think the sensor is just dying; the cursor gets erratic, stops responding, or just acts weirdly. I'm looking for a replacement. I really love the shape and have gotten so used to it, so I'd prefer something similar if possible.

I assume everyone is going to suggest the Logitech G502 or the Logitech G402, but dropping $400—$200 well, being a student and all—isn't exactly easy for a mouse, so I'm looking for other cheaper options. In this link, there's a G402 $133 which is a decent price and one option I'm considering, but I'd love to hear some suggestions in lower price brackets. So, what are the current best buys in the $20-$30 $133 range, for example? Just like how Fireglider or the Logitech G400 were always recommended for ~$67 back in the day, is there anything similar today? How is Razer doing in that segment? What about Corsair? Or maybe something from Razer?

It'll primarily be for League of Legends, if that matters, though I play all sorts of things. But since it's mostly LoL, I don't need any fancy gimmicks meant for Gamers. 🙂

A good Best Buy under $100 (it usually runs between 260-$100) would be the Corsair Kone Pure, but they're super hard to find in any local shops lately because they're "sold out," so you'd probably have to order from an online store overseas plus shipping. I guess it depends if that's worth it to you 😛, but there are some newer, slightly pricier models from Razer that are just as good; for example, the Razer vs Corsair comparison shows the Kone Pure is around $113. If you're open to a wireless mouse, and since you're used to Logitech, the Logitech M705 is really cheap right now—$96. It's actually a great mouse according to reviews. Also, the Logitech G300s is pretty good and isn't too pricey (it's on sale right now for under $83). As for Razer, I wouldn't know much since I haven't really used them (and I'm not much of a gamer 🙂), so I haven't checked their reviews much. But looking at http://www.nabava.net/misevi__490, the Razer DeathAdder seems to be the most popular mouse around here, and the Abyssus is rated pretty well too. Still, if you're like me and used to Logitech mice (I've mostly stuck to the G400 and 518 models 👍), it might be better to stick with a newer Logitech model or grab a solid Razer for under $117. 🙂

I'm feeling pretty lucky today—just scored a $100 Razer DeathAdder on Craigslist with a full year of warranty left, plus the receipt, the box, and everything else original 😍
