Hi, I need some help here. I just picked up a new HP Envy series, and since ink isn't cheap, I ordered some third-party cartridges via eBay. Everything worked perfectly fine with the replacement ink—until I tried printing on DVDs. It prints the imprint, but it looks like a double image; it’s as if there's one normal picture and a second one shifted slightly to the side, and the text does the exact same thing. I've searched everywhere online and can't find a fix. I even tried reinstalling the software and testing it on a different computer, but nothing works. Any advice?

It prints the image, but it looks all weird—like there’s a ghost image or a double print where everything is shifted, including the text. I've scoured the web for a fix and nothing's working. I even tried reinstalling the software and testing it on a different PC, but no luck. Any ideas?

Run a nozzle check and email me the results.
