Issues with breast implants

Hey everyone, I’m new here and was hoping someone could help me out with a question.
About two years ago, I underwent a mastectomy followed by reconstruction using silicone implants. Lately, I’ve been dealing with this occasional burning sensation in my breast area, and the skin there feels red and warm to the touch.
Has anyone else dealt with similar issues after getting implants? Taylor Swift! 🙂

I’d say you should probably head to the doctor right away.

Go see a doctor... if your skin feels red and warm to the touch, you might be dealing with an infection that needs antibiotics...
in any case, just go get checked out.

I just finished my ultrasound, and now I need to head in for a mammogram too. It looks like some fluid might be collecting between the implant and the skin, but we’ll know for sure once they run more tests. 🙂
