Hands down, the absolute worst actress out there!

There are plenty of movies that are way worse. At least Jennifer Lopez picks projects that actually suit her, you know? Like, she sticks to romantic comedies.

She can’t act, and she certainly can’t sing.
Just your typical, shallow, entitled social climber.

I recently had the chance to watch an episode of South Park from the seventh season where Cartman's hand actually plays the role of Jennifer Lopez, and then Ben Affleck shows up and falls head over heels for the hand... they end up falling and kissing, followed by a quick little handjob... all in all, it was pretty terrible 😂

Personally, I find her singing to be quite subpar, and when it comes to acting... well, there are certainly much better talents out there.

As for her looks? I suppose she’s decent enough, nothing particularly striking, but... does every single actress really need to look like a supermodel?

Jennifer Lopez played the lead female role in Oliver Stone's 'U-Turn' back when she was still relatively under the radar, and honestly, I was pretty impressed by how well she handled it. I agree that things got messy later on, but 'U-Turn' is a masterpiece, and she really helped make it what it is.

If you look back at her role in >, it’s clear that Jennifer Lopez actually held her own, and she was quite decent in Bob Rafelson's > as well... though, let’s be honest, she wasn't exactly standing toe-to-toe with heavyweights like Michael Caine and Jack Nicholson, nor was she quite the centerpiece in Steven Soderbergh's >. You could even throw in her part in >, which was certainly a bold move, even if it didn't exactly set the box office on fire.

Since when is an actress responsible for the script? She’s just doing her job..
Most people would play the part if they were coached, but it's easier to play critic when you lack the talent to actually perform.

J. Lo Sucks... she’s essentially a manufactured icon, a quintessential byproduct of the hollow Hollywood machine. She’s certainly easy on the eyes, I'll give her that, but honestly, I see more talent walking down a sidewalk in downtown Chicago than what we get from her. 🙂

Give me a break. You can't deny those curves. They'll make you drool. The bottom line is, with that much "talent," she’d have been the top star in the Hardcore scene in no time...

she knows she’s gorgeous, and that was her whole world for the first few years. She started out in those cheesy Mexican soap operas, driving her Hispanic and white co-stars crazy—though she didn't bother with the white guys; she just hooked up with a few powerful Black producers. Eventually, she got bored of just being the "pretty girl with the curves" and wanted more. She wanted to sing, so she latched onto some wealthy, unattractive guy and climbed her way to pop stardom. It was all about the circles she ran in, the type of society that decides a beautiful woman is only good for her looks. That's why she pushed to sing. But then people wanted movies, too, so she gave in. Why not? It was a lifelong dream, and it was her way of proving she was more than just a pretty face. Then she ended up with Ben Affleck because she was done with the usual crowd. You're wrong if you think she could've been a top adult film star. She isn't stupid. Those careers burn out fast and the competition is brutal; it was too big of a risk. Besides, she knew she had fans even in struggling places like certain parts of the Midwest where people don't have much. So she basically said:

"If people want to drool over my hips because they can't afford a decent meal, let them"!!
