...so, what’s the plan for all those users who were banned under the "clone account" label, especially now that you've pointed them out?
What kind of disciplinary action are we looking at for the mods who actually set up these clones just to run things like their own little private sub-forums?

Look, I’m not coming at this with any delusions about everyone being "equal," but this whole situation has bubbled to the surface, and I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one sitting here wondering what's going on.
It felt like back then, rules were being made up on the fly—like you were just deciding how thick a cardboard box should be based on whatever whim hit you—and now I'm left wondering where the actual principles are supposed to be.

And please, just don't shut this thread down—we have a right to ask questions and get some real answers.

Last thing I’m gonna say: I’m not moving an inch based on random accusations that someone broke the rules unless there’s actual proof. If this is about the mods, those things don't get handled out here in the open—you gotta take it straight to the admins via DM, which is what I’ve said a few times already.

If you caught someone using a burner account while their main profile was banned, just report it to the mod team or the admins.

Wait... so if I'm following you correctly—you're saying you won't take action because this wasn't sent via private message?
Seriously?

Is this still meant to be a community forum? Are we not supposed to bring complaints to the admins here? At least that’s how it used to work... though I guess I don't know if that's still the case 🤷

Given that one of your colleagues recently decided to start closing any threads she didn't personally like, maybe she's decided to repurpose this PDF too, since it's entirely possible she finds him "unpleasant and provocative"? 🤷

So you've been given concrete details about who is using which sockpuppet account, and you're just going to sit on it because it didn't hit your inbox via DM?!

And what about their fake accounts?
And all the nonsense they've been pulling using those clones?
Have you looked into that? Or does that also need to be handled via PM?
...though I don't see the point in moving it to a PM, since these are the very moves that are dictating our behavior here...

...not to mention these are the same mods that you backed up just over a month ago!

I didn't react because all I have is "Darkić says that's how it is." With all due respect to Darkić, as an admin, I need a little more substance than that.

It's a bit much to suggest that Darkić is the only one with exclusive rights to send you DMs... 🤷

I haven't received anything here other than a hunch that perzefon@ probably has an alt account that Darkić mentioned. I say "probably" because the IP addresses match up. So what? Darkić claims she was typing from that alt while she was banned. That’s easily handled by filing a post report with an explanation about an alt account under a ban. The first thing a mod does is check the IPs, then they take it from there. I haven't seen her formal report yet, so once again, it's just "Darkić says that's how it is." By your logic, I should go out and hunt for proof myself, even though Darkić already said in her thread, "I could, but I don't feel like it." Well, I don't feel like it either.

Darkić doesn't have some kind of monopoly, and like I said, she isn't the first person I've asked to step up.

The mods? Tupelo already gave her input on the alt situation over at KzB. It's all laid out there—exactly what happened and why she did it.

Anyway, since we're talking about a thread that's been deleted, there's no point in dragging this out. Not everyone can see what was written, so please stop pushing this topic. Darkić started her own thread over at KzB and is perfectly capable of speaking for herself.
