So, I live in an area crawling with groundhogs, but nobody here hunts them or even knows how to render groundhog fat 🤔. I can find a thousand different recipes for preparing the meat, but nothing on how to actually get the fat from the animal. If anyone knows the trick, I’d really appreciate the help.
