Looking for laptop recommendations for dev work?

Looking for a solid dev laptop. Don't need any heavy-duty graphics capabilities.

Is this a reliable move:

(I can always toss in another 8GB of RAM later)

Seems like a decent deal to me, but I'd rather hear from someone who actually knows what's going on in the market right now.

What are your thoughts on developing this?

.net, Visual Studio, Node.js, SQL Server, Angular/React
