I mean, what's the point of having testosterone if it isn't doing anything useful for you, right? But again, take it with a grain of salt because they might also be low because their body fat is super low or whatever... looks like both of yours are running pretty low.
You definitely need zinc to produce testosterone, and cholesterol too, just don't go overboard with it... you really need to be eating healthy fats since those help bump up your levels.
Cortisol, that stress hormone, basically works the opposite way of testosterone... if one is down, the other is usually up, so you should try to keep the stress levels in check.
Getting some solid workouts in tells your body to start cranking out more testosterone.
To get your hormones balanced, it really just comes down to eating clean and cutting out all that junk food... plus working out, getting enough nutrients like zinc and good fats, and trying not to stress out too much. Just don't expect things to change overnight...
Did you get these tests done just for fun or are you feeling under the weather? If you're sick, that might be why the numbers look weird right now.
Are you just naturally thin?
Do you stay active physically?
Is your diet pretty healthy?
Are you dealing with a lot of stress during the day, like, are you wiped out from working too hard or are you just exhausted for no clear reason...
Just looking things up because I've always had a low libido.
I'M NOT THIN, I'M ACTUALLY LIKE 45 POUNDS OVERWEIGHT
NOT VERY ACTIVE PHYSICALLY
MY DIET SUCKS
JOB IS LOW STRESS, BUT I GET GASSSED OUT FAST WHEN DOING PHYSICAL STUFF, PROBABLY JUST LACK OF CONDITIONING

Since these are compound exercises, they tend to stimulate testosterone production much more effectively than isolated movements, along with growth hormone. It might also be worth adding some sprinting—maybe one or two sessions a week consisting of four or five sets—which is excellent for those specific hormonal responses.
You absolutely have to prioritize getting eight hours of sleep to allow your body to recover from the workload; you really want to ensure you aren't constantly interrupting your REM cycles by waking up mid-night. I suppose the most critical part is establishing a strict routine where you go to bed at the same time every single day, essentially training your body to shut down at a predictable hour.
I don't think I even need to go into deep detail regarding nutrition—even a child could tell you how vital it is—but it is exceptionally important to fuel your recovery properly if you're actually committing to a training regimen.
Additionally, if you use alcohol, cigarettes, marijuana, or any other recreational drugs, you should probably cut them out entirely; I know from my own experience a few years back that it makes a massive difference. You should also try to limit screen time and phone usage, and, quite unironically, consider cutting back on ejaculation—or at least trying to go once every six or seven days. If you combine that with everything else I've mentioned, I'm fairly certain you'll see progress almost immediately, likely within the first month. If you were to run another blood test after thirty days to compare the results, there's really no way you wouldn't see an improvement.
Personally, I wouldn't jump straight into using performance enhancers without trying this approach first, as I'm convinced it will provide the boost you need to get started.
Good luck!
I barely drink, maybe 5 or 6 times a year, so like twice a season. Never smoked or used drugs. And I don't masturbate much either, maybe three times a week tops, I just don't really feel the urge.
Gonna try to fix my diet and start hitting the gym.
Nicholas Mendoza60 said:So, what actually prompted you to go get your testosterone levels checked out in the first place?
What was the main reason...
Libido is super low and I have zero drive. Wanted to see if it was all in my head or an actual body thing.
