So, I'm 20. Female. I rarely touch dairy, but I spend a massive amount of time hunched over my computer in this bizarre, awkward position—basically curled up with my legs perched right on the edge of the seat, all twisted together and stuff.
My bones make these awful cracking sounds in my spine and pelvic area. If I stand for too long and lean forward, I can feel the popping running right down my vertebrae.
I honestly have this nagging feeling that one morning I’ll just wake up and *snap*—one of my spinal discs is going to completely give out on me.
What should I do?
And please, don't tell me to go see a doctor. Dealing with the scheduling and the waiting is such a massive headache, especially since my sister is being a total nightmare about everything right now. 😁

It’s just called stretching... and honestly, it’s perfectly normal. I don't know how to put this quite right... but that's just how the spine settles back into its "proper position." Unless you're dealing with some weird, lingering back pain afterward, then maybe there's something actually off about the whole thing...

I’m dealing with that exact same thing—that clicking sound... it’s so annoying. If you ever figure out what’s actually causing it, please let me know!
As for the milk, honestly, you probably don't even need it. If you're just worried about getting enough calcium, you could always just snack on a couple of teaspoons of sesame seeds a day instead. I've read some things suggesting that milk might actually be bad for your bone health anyway... who knows, right?

Try practicing some yoga; I found it helped me feel much better.

Some people are telling me I should go see a chiropractor.
