So, I’ll just dive right in, briefly... I’m 17 years old—and I’m already dealing with spinal issues. Scoliosis. The doctors brushed it off as just a sudden growth spurt, something typical during puberty, I guess. I spent some time at a rehab center, and honestly, things felt significantly better while I was actually there undergoing treatment. They gave me a set of exercises to do at home, which I’ve been sticking to, but the pain just won't budge. The only thing that seemed to offer any real relief was when they used magnets and electrical stimulation during my sessions. Does anyone have any actual advice for this?

Second issue...

About three weeks ago, I took a fall—maybe from a height of about three feet—and landed awkwardly on my leg. It hurt like hell. I didn't bother going to the hospital for an X-ray since the swelling eventually went down, but now, every single time I strike something or apply pressure, this strange pain flares up. It lasts for a few minutes and then just fades away... every single time. My friends are suggesting it might be a ligament issue or something similar, but I really don't know. I'm hesitant to head to the ER just for imaging—you know how it goes, waiting around in the lobby, being shuffled from one department to another, all for a scan... maybe someone has some insight? Thanks in advance.
