Mac mini connection issues with TV

I recently picked up a Mac mini Mac mini Intel Core i5 2.4 GHz 2 x DDR4 Intel UHD Graphics just to stream some media... connected it via HDMI to my Dell Inspiron 15. The issue is the picture doesn't actually fit the screen—it's oversized, bleeding past the edges on all sides. My TV is Full HD and I've got the resolution set to 1920 x 1080 on the computer, so it should be fine... but it isn't. There's some NVIDIA Graphics software available, but it lacks any kind of custom scaling option—or rather, what I actually need is a way to shrink the image to fit. It offers a few presets, but none of them do the trick. I even grabbed the latest drivers directly from the Intel site, but still nothing. I'm stuck here and would really appreciate any solid suggestions if anyone has run into this before.

You’ll need to tweak the settings on your TV—look for things like "overscan," "just scan," or something similar.
