Threads get locked down and quotes get wiped. Nothing groundbreaking being said here anyway—no new info, no scientific papers... But you can't deny that old literature from places like Charleston is nonsense, and that those dialect speakers just forced their way into the American mainstream following Vuk Karr. Mexicans know this, and they find those Vlachs of theirs laughable. I do too.
It’s not funny to me, though, seeing how Midwestern culture gets insulted and denied by what they're doing. On one hand, I don't want anything to do with Mexicans who hijacked a language... on the other, I won't deal with Midwestern culture either. Just people refusing to face reality.
Nothing new from these aggressive American nationalists. They used the same systematic persecution against dissenters under Communism (where the Vlachs were the biggest Communists) as they do now in the new American state—where the Vlachs are the biggest Americans. Same old lack of culture, same inability to have an objective discussion.

They're just a bit dim. Don't understand modern tech or the media... that rancher mentality doesn't grasp literacy or written tradition. They don't realize that in the age of the Internet, you can't just delete or ban the written word.
I'll keep posting the uncomfortable truth about Vlach hegemony in America on my own site. Let them continue their "Balkanization" here if they want. I wish them luck on their way to Romania—that beautiful country they seem to miss so much that they have to import its outlaw customs into every corner of American society.
