There are 7 girls riding on a bus.
Each girl is carrying 7 bags.
Inside every single bag, there are 7 cats.
And every one of those cats has 7 kittens.
Every cat has 4 legs.

So, how many total legs are on that bus?

You failed to mention how many legs each girl has. 🙄 🤣

Actually, this is just an infinite loop. Every cat has 7 kittens. Then those kittens have 7 more kittens. And then those kittens have 7 even smaller kittens. And so on... 🤣

It’s not a loop.🙂

Jacob Foster11 said:And honestly, we’re looking at an infinite loop here. Imagine one cat having seven kittens. Then, every single one of those kittens grows up and has seven more kittens of their own. And then each of *those* little ones has another seven... you get the idea. It just keeps going on forever! 🤣

Bravo!!! 👋

Just another one of those annoying chain emails clogging up my inbox.🙄

+9604 - total legs for all the kittens
+1372 - total legs for all the mother cats
+0014 - total legs for the women
____
10990 - man, that was a workout...

Fine. Not a loop, then. A recursive sentence. 🤣

Here’s a little brain teaser for you guys:

In a forest, there are $n$ trees.
No single tree has more leaves than the total number of trees in the forest.
And none of them are bare.
Prove that at least two trees must have the exact same number of leaves.

😉
- Took me about 30 seconds to crack this one. 🙂

Not even close.☕

Took you way too long. 🙄
If there are n trees, and each tree has between 1 and (n-1) leaves, then obviously at least two trees have to share the same amount.

Here is another little headache for your amusement. How many possible combinations are there in a 6/49 lottery?

Fair enough, I can actually open that Excel sheet I was sent now. But seriously, what’s the actual fix here?

7^39 😕

And that's the whole thing—minus one, if my memory isn't totally failing me. 🤔

You forgot to mention the driver.😛

You really should let people struggle through it a little before you swoop in with the answer.😁

How did you even get that number? Just guessing, or what...?

You failed to mention how many legs the driver actually has. You also omitted whether the bus was even in motion. Maybe he was just startled. Or maybe there's a transit aide on board. Perhaps a fly flew in. 🤣
