Mixing unknown with unknown

Hello. I see this is marked as an information desk, so I figured this was the best place to get an answer first.
I was prescribed unknown 1g BID tablets today for my lungs.
However, I currently have a fever exceeding 102 degrees. Is it safe to take these alongside some Tylenol to bring the temperature down? If anyone doesn't actually know from their own experience, please refrain from replying so we don't waste 🙂 😕
