I usually don't ask for help with software stuff because I love tinkering and fixing things myself, but I've hit a bit of a wall here.
When I plug my phone into my PC via USB and open up the "Kodak" folder, I'm seeing generic icons instead of photo thumbnails. My folder settings are definitely set to show thumbnails, so it's not a configuration issue on my end.
The weirdest part is that I can see thumbnails perfectly fine in every other folder on the phone—it’s just this one "Kodak" folder giving me trouble. Also, if I move a photo out of that folder to somewhere else and then move it right back into "Kodak," the thumbnail suddenly shows up. It's like moving them around grants them some kind of property they didn't have before. I know exactly what it is... they're missing the "resources" attribute.
I'm attaching a screenshot in the link. The photo on the right is from the main folder and shows up as an icon, not a thumbnail. Once I move it elsewhere and bring it back, it gains that "resources" characteristic and the thumbnail works, even in the folder where it was failing before.

I've already tried resetting Microsoft and doing a factory reset on the phone, but nothing works. This started happening right after I reinstalled Microsoft a few days ago.
If anyone has any ideas or knows what might be causing this... 👍
