Mole under my eye

So, I’ve got this nasty bruising under my eye—looks like a total mess from getting hit a few days ago—and I was wondering what kind of ointment might help clear it up quickly? Also, does it actually make any sense to keep applying ice every single day at this stage?

If those bruises came from tripping on some stairs, you really ought to be more careful around them... things like this tend to happen more often than you'd think. It’s always much better to prevent the fall in the first place rather than trying to heal the bruises afterward.

Whether you apply it topically or not, there’s a waiting game involved. From everything I’ve read, if the internal congestion isn't cleared out first—basically, until those plums start working their magic—you won't see any real improvement. You need to be patient for at least seven days. Plus, those cramps are absolutely brutal; just ignore the other 😉 🙂
