Dry, cracked skin on elbows

Hey there!
So, a few days ago I noticed this patch on my elbow—it’s gotten all hard and cracked up. It isn't covering the whole joint, just this one specific circular spot... and the weird thing is, it doesn't even itch or sting at all....
Does anyone happen to have a clue what might be going on here??

Thickened, cracked, or darkened skin on your elbows—or even dark patches on the folds of your neck—can be an early red flag for diabetes. Most doctors don't bother mentioning it to their patients. I found out because Professor Koršić at Rebro told me directly. Go see your doctor!!!

Funny you say that. My elbows have been acting up for ages, and yeah, I actually am diabetic.🙏>
