Monitor recommendations?

I'm thinking about picking up a monitor, maybe somewhere around the 23.6-inch mark.
From what I've been seeing while browsing through some price comparison sites like PriceGrabber, one model really caught my eye—the AOC 2436SWA.

I don't need anything overly fancy or high-end, though I would definitely prefer Full HD resolution (1920x1080). As for the size, I'm flexible, provided we stay within a budget of roughly $130 to $140.$500

It’ll mostly be used for watching movies, doing some office work... and maybe a little bit of gaming on the side.
If anyone here happens to own this specific monitor, I'd love to hear your thoughts on it.

I don't own that specific monitor, but I am using an Acer myself.
I don't have any complaints about mine, though I don't really have anything to compare it to.
It isn't a Samsung, a Philips, or a Dell, but I've never actually worked on those brands before, so I can't say much more than this. You won't end up with a subpar product, but you aren't exactly getting the gold standard of LCDs either.
