Mouse and Keyboard!

Greetings, everyone. I have a question for the group. Earlier today, I was watching some video on my PC, and when I attempted to exit the application, both my keyboard and mouse became completely unresponsive. Even after a hard reboot, everything seems fine—until the issue recurs. It’s quite baffling. All my components are brand new, barely two months old, with the sole exception of the graphics card, which I picked up used. Does anyone have any insight into what might be causing this?

...my first thought is that you should probably just run a scan with some antivirus software, even if it’s just using Malware.

I ran a scan using Norton, but—surprise, surprise—it came up completely clean!
