So, the night before last, I thought I’d be clever and cool myself down using two fans at once—big mistake. I definitely felt the consequences yesterday, though today isn't quite as intense. This morning, I tried to get up and stretch while I was still half-asleep, and out of nowhere, this pain hit me... it was so sharp I couldn't even pull myself out of bed.

I've marked where it hurts most... I'm also getting some pain in my abdominal muscles whenever I try to strain or move.

Since I don't have an appointment with my doctor until tomorrow morning, I'm wondering what the smartest move is here. Should I just stay still and rest, or should I try to work through it and stretch that muscle out? I took some Voltaren this morning and it helped a little bit, but I'm not sure if I should push through or just take it easy...

So, about ten minutes ago, I was just stretching out my neck and suddenly—bam—this sharp pain hits the upper part of my neck. Now, I can’t even turn my head to the left without it hurting like hell. Honestly, feels like a muscle went haywire or maybe some nerve got pinched or something... Anyone ever dealt with this? Any quick fixes or advice? Also, does anyone actually know how long this kind of thing lasts before the pain finally lets up??
