My features are missing...

I need some help here—whenever I try to actually use any of the tools around my post, nothing happens. It’s like the interface is totally frozen. I can’t click on any of the emojis (I have to manually type them out like it's 1995), I can't upload images, I can't even mess with the fonts... basically, none of the formatting options are responding at all.

Just clear your cookies, cache, and temp files—get rid of all that junk and give it another shot.

Great, so I'm basically going to need someone to hold my hand through this like I'm some kind of toddler—because honestly, I haven't the slightest clue what any of that means.
Where do I even go to do that? And what exactly am I looking for?

Go ahead and wipe out everything you find in this folder

What am I even looking at here? Where did this come from?
I followed everything the other user suggested—did it all by the book—but my functions are still completely broken...

It’s easier to wipe cookies and stuff through your browser—just hit tools then options... you might want to take a look at those settings while you're at it...

I finally have those demons under control, though I’ve definitely taken a few metaphorical red cards in the past because I just couldn't find a way to back up my intensity—people always seemed to misinterpret my passion as being purely irrational!🙄
