My PC is acting up

I was wondering if anyone might be able to lend a hand here...
My computer has started acting up lately, and it’s becoming quite a struggle
since web pages are loading incredibly slowly, if they even manage to load at all. Most of the time, I just sit there waiting for things to pull up
but nothing happens, and even after running a full scan, my antivirus didn't find a single thing wrong...

If you’re specifically talking about certain websites acting up, I’d suggest trying a different browser entirely, or perhaps running a quick speed test to see if your connection is actually throttling; it might also be worth changing your password just in case someone else has managed to piggyback on your account. It doesn't necessarily have to be some malicious virus.
