A year ago, I had surgery for colon adenocarcinoma, Dukes C.

I just finished an abdominal and pelvic CT scan, and these were the results:

- Several lymph nodes on both sides in the inguinal regions, ranging up to 12 mm in size.

Can someone—anyone—explain what this actually means? Is my condition worsening, or is this somewhat normal after what I've been through?

My doctor wasn't available to walk me through it.

I need an answer ASAP.

Honestly, you really need a doctor who actually knows your medical history to make sense of this stuff. Just guessing on some random internet forum is only going to stress you out for no reason. You'll just have one person saying it's a change and another saying it isn't, and it's all just noise... nothing is going to happen in the next day or two anyway, so just wait until you can sit down and talk it through with your surgeon or oncologist. Those specialists are truly your best bet for getting some real answers.
