Need help with Formula 1 2007

After a few laps, some red thing pops up in the corner—no clue what it is—and then my formula just burns out. Anyone got a fix?

No,
if the radiator icon pops up, that means your engine is overheating.

You really need to head into the setup menu and either bump up the radiator size or maybe try lowering your max RPM settings. 😉

Bump that up to a 4 or even a 5. If I recall correctly, the factory setting is stuck at 3, which is likely why you're running into those overheating issues.
