We’re using Thunderbird at work, and since we all access the same email account from different workstations,
we’ve run into a massive headache. The settings are configured so that as soon as one of us opens an email, it gets marked as read across every single computer in the office. This means the bold text disappears everywhere, and half the time, we don't even realize there was a new message to deal with. We're constantly missing stuff because the system thinks someone already handled it.
Is there any way to tweak this so that an email stays bolded on everyone's screen until that specific individual actually opens it?
Thanks for the help.
