Network card recommendations?

I’ve got a serious headache here. Every single time I boot up my PC, the network card refuses to initialize—it just stays dead. It’s making it impossible to get online without a massive hassle. To actually get a connection, I have to manually unplug and replug the Ethernet cable about ten times before it finally decides to work. Everything else on the system seems fine, but this one component is being completely unreliable from the jump. Is this some kind of hardware failure, or am I looking at something else entirely?

Maybe try doing a clean reinstall of your network card drivers—see if that actually fixes the issue.
