I wasn't quite sure where to post this, but I noticed Mark Cruz15 is one of the moderators over in the "Social & Coffee" thread. It feels a bit awkward to have to nudge someone to actually do their job, but I’ve gone ahead and flagged this post.

I honestly can’t make heads or tails of half of this. There are apparently a thousand unwritten rules on this forum, and I’m sorry, but I didn't exactly memorize the rulebook like a poem. Even after reading through everything, I still don't have an answer to my question... which specific rule governs how to report a post? I see the icon on the left to flag something, so I tried that, but nothing happens. Where am I actually supposed to write about it? Am I expected to track down the super-moderators or something? X

If I post a photo with a slightly higher resolution, I get immediately shut down. Yet here, you can post something incredibly blunt and everyone just acts like they didn't see it. So, am I supposed to reach out to the mods under "Feedback and Suggestions," and then people act surprised when I can't navigate this mess? X

You filed the report and then showed up here about 14 hours later. It isn't like I'm checking my email for reports every single day just so I can react instantly. Now that I've actually looked into what happened, a warning has been issued...
