I submitted a report regarding this post a few days ago, but I haven't seen any movement on it yet. It looks like there’s a direct violation of the rules established in the original post for this thread:

Insulting others or being provocative is strictly prohibited, as is speculating about or revealing the identities of other forum members , along with any other misuse of topics or community guidelines.

I’d actually suggest a penalty more significant than the lightest option—which is currently set at 30 points. In my experience, setting a firmer standard helps prevent these kinds of issues from popping up down the road. After all, we all know that prevention is always the best medicine! 😳 ☕

This isn't breaking any rules! The moderator knows that rass isn't your clone, you know rass isn't your clone, I know rass isn't your clone, and the whole forum knows rass isn't your clone.

It was just a joke.

Maybe they aren't my literal clone, but they’re close enough to feel like one. So, technically, a rule was broken. That means the penalty is ☕

Just messing with you.

That's not how it works. If you spent more than two days hanging out in the off-topic section, you'd know. Most people here think that's true, so by your (totally pointless) rules, you should've gotten a strike.

I got flagged just for saying "probably someone's clone 🤔" when I didn't even realize you guys dropped a new rule at the top of the thread.

And honestly, "everyone knows" isn't really an argument. If it's against the rules, it's against the rules.

I ended up getting flagged just for saying "probably someone's clone 🤔," and I didn't even realize you guys had dropped a new rule at the top of the thread. It’s like driving down a street in Chicago and suddenly realizing the speed limit changed overnight without any signs!

Plus, leaning on the argument "everyone on the forum knows" isn't exactly a winning point. If something is against the rules, it's against the rules. Period.

Signed, sealed, and delivered.

Any updates on this? Honestly, everything seems pretty much settled on my end, so I'm not quite sure what we're still waiting on ☕

It was such an obvious joke that you were right there in the middle of. Look, we aren't going to waste our time digging into what you guys were actually thinking, but sometimes, just like right here, it’s pretty damn clear. And let me be straight with you: abusing the rules is strictly off-limits. It's exactly like how you're trying to manipulate this PDF right now. Cut it out, or you're going to end up with a formal warning.
