New skin growth on my back

I’ve had this little black spot on my back for a while now, almost like a tiny mole or something. It isn't really bothering me normally, but if I press on it, it definitely hurts. Anyone have any idea what this could be?
Ignore the redness on the skin; that’s just from using a massage tool that was a bit too rough.

Have you tried squeezing it? To me, it just looks like a slightly enlarged pore with a comedone inside. Or maybe an ingrown hair.

My wife was squeezing things out about a year ago, and this weird black sludge just kept coming out... ugh.

Whatever, time for a fresh shave. 😁 Just make sure you disinfect your skin both before and after you do it, otherwise some nasty bacteria might move in and cause an infection. That’s just how it works—once a pore dilates or a hair grows inward, grease and dirt get trapped inside, clogging everything up and causing these issues. It's nothing major, but it's annoying as hell.
