The Daily Show - I Like Trucking

Dennis Hall41 said:Who cares about Drago Šarić? This guy should honestly just go by Krušlin...

OT: NL

Look, the late Drago was a much bigger icon than Krušlin ever could be. One song from this specific album used to blast through every single dive bar back in the '90s...

Ladies, this is that brilliant series that the Surrealists shamelessly ripped off, alongside the Monty crew...

Who would've thought these guys were actually from Italy.

Good vibes from Fox + killer sax and bass

Rush's entire essence distilled into a perfect five and a half minutes. You can drone on about anything you want, but the reason Subdivisions sits in my hall of fame is because it hits that impossible sweet spot—balancing pure technical skill with a total radio hit. Honestly, I’d trade every cheesy 80s commercial track ever recorded just to have this one song. Oh, and seriously—THAT bassline right before the chorus...

I had no clue. Honestly, it makes sense since I haven't really tuned into much Surrealist stuff lately... and even when I do, I always end up getting distracted by Brits with those catchy titles like The Phantom of the Opera. But yeah, The Daily Show is seriously top-tier.

SELF

I’m revisiting some early Blur lately—my brother is more of a Modern Life is Rubbish fan, but personally, I think Parklife is just pure gold. Clover over Dover

It actually reminded me how much I dig the first album by The Good, The Bad and the Queen—especially Green Fields and that live version of 80s Life.

Among my recent morning discoveries, No Reptiles has been hitting the spot—that shimmering part starts right at 1:38. Such a great falsetto!
Oh baby it's alright
It's alright to feel
Like a Fat child in a pushchair
Old enough to run
Old enough to fire a gun
I’ve never quite clicked with this band entirely, even though they sound great—I’ve listened to this album before and then totally lost interest, but hey, I always find myself drifting back to them every now and then.

It looks like Blur might actually be getting back together—judging by their new profile picture on Facebook, anyway.

Man, what a perfect time for it, too, with this summer weather hitting. They were making a ton of noise around this time last year, weren't they?

A long time ago, I actually really liked Coffee and TV. The video was entertaining. I used to watch it on repeat.

Feeling pretty damn proud of myself!
It feels good to always be two steps ahead of the rest of the pack. ))

Yeah, narcissists are nothing more than parasites; they're shallow, exhausting, and remarkably dim-witted, yet somehow manage to be incredibly tedious at the same time.

Honestly, thank God I was never really in the mood to take on any major life roles, because heaven knows what kind of little monsters would be running this world if I had

Baby boomers really hit the jackpot with America. The rest of the world is still paying the price for it 😁
