Honestly, I don't know about you all, but I’ve been feeling completely drained by this whole endless cycle of time lately, and I feel like I need to summon some of those warm, coastal melodies from my sunny childhood just to feel somewhat human again. 🙂😁

The ocean is vast, indifferent, and frankly, far too much to contemplate when one is already struggling with the sheer weight of existence..

Look, we haven't actually gone on strike at our academy for even a single day because most of us don't even fall under the Department of Education's jurisdiction. Besides, our disputed pay coefficient is already higher than average—though there's way more at stake here than just a math formula—and given how sensitive this line of work is, we simply couldn't afford to stop taking in our students.
But today, we decided to cut classes short and head down to the plaza to show some solidarity with our colleagues working within the same public system where I've spent the last 15 years of my life. Because damn it, we should. 👍 🙂
