Such a great album—honestly, The Wild Kindness is my absolute favorite! 🙂
Oh my god! 🤣
They totally snatched them up—just like that! Icelander Last year? Honestly, it’s such a guilty pleasure of mine—I end up watching that video every single time it pops up in my feed! 🙂
I gave Tobacco a quick listen—he’s got moments where he's actually pretty catchy, but honestly, it’s just not really hitting the spot for me right now. Not sure how I feel about it!
I found Hero's Death to be a bit underwhelming—the lyrics aren't bad, but the whole thing just felt a little flat to me—could've definitely been packaged better! Still, seeing Aidana is always a highlight.
I think Yves Tumor is pretty good—just feels a little overrated to me, honestly.

Drew Lewis2 said:He looks so much like that guy from Pain of Salvation—you know, the one who plays that specific character? (And man, when he’s not acting... :S) He also totally reminds me of that singer from Eurovision!
So, he's basically just trying to be someone he's not—kind of like that guy I knew back in Chicago who always wore designer suits to casual backyard BBQs. Just a bit much, honestly! 🤣

Oh, please. We all know you two are practically inseparable. 🙂
🤣

Physically, he reminds me so much of that guy from Pain of Salvation when he plays some character (and even more so when he isn't :S), plus that one performer from Eurovision.
So here he is, trying his best to be *that* guy. 🤣
Look, fair point. He is arguably better looking; I saw Bozhana live once. 😁 But you have to admit, he carries himself with more style than most women out there. 😛

I love it! 🙂 It feels super nostalgic, but still totally its own thing.

Honestly, I dig the whole album. Their music videos are a little goofy and don't quite match the vibe of the songs for me, but hey, that’s just their style lately... 😁
That one track is a total standout for me because of the chorus: Word to the Wise

🤣
And honestly, what are you even going to get out of someone that sensitive? 🙂
Truly, we ought to master
this wicked temperament of ours,
every madness and every longing,
for in truth, we are merely dreaming.
It is necessary, for this is
a strange world and a strange day
where life is nothing but a dream,
and my own experience dictates:
man dreams of who he is,
dreaming, until he finally wakes.
Even the king, ruling over all,
dreams of how he commands,
seeing himself in that deception
as he receives endless honors,
writing them all upon the wind,
since terrifying death erases them all
and turns everything back to dust.
Who then is truly hungry for power
knowing they will eventually fall
the moment they shift—into the dream of death.
The wealthy man dreams of his riches
while fear follows him everywhere,
the pauper dreams of his suffering,
all his troubles and miseries.
He dreams, he who is offered success,
he dreams, he who craves honor,
and he who insults his neighbor.
That is simply how things stand:
everyone dreams of what they are,
they just aren't aware of it.
God 😁

Well, kiss me then; if that's what you want, be my guest. 🙂
Did you know that Drew Brees was born on the exact same day as me? And as of today, he's passed away—or maybe that happened yesterday,

To be perfectly honest, you're one of the few people on this forum I’d actually enjoy grabbing a drink with. 🙂
Michael Jordan was a titan. It's such a tragedy how things ended...
I can't exactly tell you which legend shares my birthday, though. 😁
