Does anyone happen to know how I can go about adjusting my privacy settings so that when someone happens to click on my username, they won't be able to see a massive list of all my old posts?

That’s just not an option, man.
I mean, anyone can use that search tool to dig up the last 300 posts, but you aren't getting any more than that, I guess.
