Because, honestly, like you said—before the big corporate buyout, the guy was actually making top-tier gear, so this feels pretty shady... obviously he needed the cash, and let's be real, in the DJ circuit, money basically evaporates the second you touch it. It's nearly impossible to pull in enough to even cover your basic overhead, right?
