PC build under $750?

Alright, so I’m looking to pull the trigger on a gaming rig for $1667. I don't need an SSD, and I'm definitely not looking for Windows, a monitor, or any peripherals like a keyboard and mouse—just the tower itself and whatever hardware is packed inside. My plan is to head out and grab this thing within the next three or four days, most likely over the weekend. Since I'm based in New York City, I don't mind driving down to a local shop to pick it up in person. I don't really have a specific store in mind, as long as they're reliable, accept American credit cards, and offer a decent installment plan 😁 (I can go up to $1800 max on credit, but anything beyond that is totally out of the question)

Six months just isn't going to cut it for me. Is there any way to stretch this out over two or three years? I honestly can't swing monthly payments that high, but at the same time, I actually want a decent PC so I'm not stuck buying a whole new rig every single time technology moves an inch. For instance, I know Best Buy offers financing for up to 60 months.

I really dig this configuration, though. I think I’ll hold off for a few more suggestions before I pull the trigger and decide.
