I seem to be running into a bit of a snag while trying to process my video files. I keep getting hit with this particular error message: http://img513.imageshack.us/my.php?i...nnacle1dx7.jpg Does anyone happen to know what might be causing this, and more importantly, how I can go about fixing it?

Thanks so much!!

You’ve got the wrong serial number. You either need to hunt down one that actually works with NTSC mode—since we're obviously dealing with US standards here—or just convert the damn video to NTSC yourself.

I honestly can’t believe I finally stumbled upon exactly what I was looking for on a forum! 😁

So, how did you actually get around that issue? It keeps happening to me—even when I switch the capture settings over to NTSC...

Thanks!

So, how did you actually manage to fix this? I’m running into the exact same headache, even when I switch my capture settings over to NTSC...

Thanks!

Your best bet is to grab a serial for the PAL version or just downgrade to version 10.
