You know that sensation where your eye starts twitching? Mine has been doing this constant, subtle fluttering for weeks now. It’s happened before, sure, but never this frequently or for this long. I read somewhere that it could be a Vitamin B deficiency or maybe low magnesium levels... so I’ve tried every supplement under the sun, from Flintstones to high-end drugstore brands, but nothing seems to touch it 😢
.
The twitching hasn't stopped. My eyes are jumping 🙄 and it is incredibly irritating.
Does anyone actually know why this happens or what I can do to make it quit?

I’ve definitely noticed this happening to me whenever life gets particularly overwhelming—it’s like my body just hits a breaking point. And honestly, I’ve heard the same thing regarding Vitamin B deficiencies before.
If this is really getting to you and won't let up, you should probably go see a doctor. Otherwise, I suspect it might just resolve itself once you finally manage to shake off all that excessive stress you're dealing with.

That "shaking" you're describing? It's called a tremor.
There isn't some magic pill to fix it. You might try managing your stress levels, upping your magnesium intake, getting some actual rest...

Stress can hit you way harder than you realize, even when you feel totally fine on the surface. There was this period where BOTH my eyes were twitching constantly, then it shifted to just one, and now I’m dealing with high blood pressure and a stomach ulcer—so much so that nothing even twitches anymore. 😁😁

Thanks for the input. It’s not exactly comforting to hear, but I guess we just have to wait for the dust to settle... until then, it's literally 😉
No stress, right? 😁

I’ve dealt with that too. They tell you it’s just nerve overload—too much screen time or reading for one day...
but for me, it isn't just my eyes twitching. I get these jumps and twitches all over—my hands, legs, stomach, lips, neck... you name it. So, what's actually causing it? Sometimes it lingers in one spot for a few days, other times it’s just a single quick twitch and it's gone.
