Has anyone here actually dealt with this and managed to fix it? My doctor
suggested I try prostate massage and warm baths. Has anyone successfully tackled premature
ejaculation through prostate massage?

Regarding the baths, what kind of water temperature are we talking about?

Don't make a fool out of yourself or us.

Did a doctor actually recommend a prostate massage for you?

Do you even know where the prostate is located? I'll leave three links here with diagrams.

What do you find so strange about that? I know how the prostate is positioned. Prostate massage is done through the colon, exactly how it’s shown and described in those images you posted.

Bravo, finally a "real man," a "total alpha male"!!!😁

In all seriousness... hundreds of men avoid regular checkups just because they find the process uncomfortable or even unbearable...how many times have you actually had an exam and felt a finger on your prostate?

I've been getting checked regularly every 18 to 24 months since I turned 45, and I can tell you it’s a bit uncomfortable. It's not exactly something I look forward to... let alone having someone massage that area. I'm honestly not sure who would even suggest that to you.

🙂 😉 😎

I mean, it’s a urologist, right? Who else would you see?

Honestly, an exam is nothing compared to getting a deep tissue massage. It might be a little awkward—don't get me wrong, it's not the end of the world—but hey, you'll do whatever it takes for your health.

An exam isn't nearly as bad as a massage. It’s a little awkward (nothing too crazy, I've seen worse), but you'll get through it for the sake of your health.

Sounds like your doctor is a bit of a joker!

If you actually had prostate issues, you wouldn't be dealing with premature ejaculation; you'd be
dealing with impotence instead... it works the other way around!😉 🙄

Since you're the expert here, maybe you could walk us through the process... I've actually never heard of this "prostate massage" thing before.🙄 😕

I’m inclined to agree that a prostate issue would more likely cause discomfort during climax rather than leading to premature ejaculation...

The actual root of the problem usually lies elsewhere...

In my view, there are certain topical creams—essentially mild anesthetics—that can help dull the sensitivity of the glans, which might mitigate the issue of finishing too early. Alternatively, one could simply practice until they reach a state of mastery through frequent activity...😁

That link Jamie Clark74 shared above regarding premature ejaculation is actually quite solid; there’s a wealth of useful information in there, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into compiling it...

Well, I didn't exactly specialize in that specific area during my training! 😁
