Printer USB port error: USB01?

Hey everyone, I’m running into a bit of a headache. I can't find any of the standard USB ports—you know, USB01, USB02, and so on. Every time I try to add a new printer and go to select the port, all I see are COM ports and stuff like that, but the USB option is nowhere to be found. It just vanished out of nowhere. I even tried messing with the usbprint.inf file, but no luck so far. Anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?☕

First, just grab that USB cable from the printer, plug it into your PC, and make sure the power cord is actually plugged into the wall and turned on.
If the system doesn't automatically kick off the driver installation, just pop in the printer's CD/DVD and run the setup file manually.
