Question for the admins

Hi there, I was just wondering why discussions regarding online services—like web design and stuff like that—are tucked away under Information Technology > Internet > Web Development instead of being listed in the Classifieds section?
I can't help but feel that if these topics were moved over to the Classifieds, they might get a bit more eyes on them, since someone looking to hire a developer might not be browsing the tech subforums every day, don't you think?
Since we have dedicated sections for things like cars and smartphones where sales naturally happen within the Classifieds, wouldn't it make sense to do the same for digital services?

Still haven't heard anything back yet...

This isn't exactly my area of expertise, but I suspect it's because people tend to view classified ads primarily as a way to buy physical goods rather than a marketplace for services—think babysitters or private tutors.

Personally, I think most people wouldn't even dream of hunting for those kinds of services on an online forum; they'd much rather browse through listings for smartphones or sneakers.
