Hey everyone, I’m looking to pick up some advice regarding an external audio interface. I need something versatile enough to handle music production, tracking vocals, and just high-quality listening when I'm hanging out. My old one finally kicked the bucket—and honestly, it was pretty mediocre to begin with—so now I’m looking to upgrade to the real deal.
As for my monitors, I’m planning on grabbing these

Now, since you guys are clearly more seasoned at this than I am, I’m sure you know exactly what specs I should be hunting for in an interface. Please, throw some suggestions my way! I'm happy to shop around on Amazon. Looking to keep the price tag under $200.

and honestly, I wouldn't lean too hard on Behringer... there are way better options out there if you're looking for interfaces or studio monitors.

edit: check out some M-Audio AV40 monitors and maybe just browse through what's available here: http://www.sweetwater.com/stores/Audio

That’s a fair point. These seem to get much better reviews than anything from Behringer. Thanks for the tip.
