Reddit isn't sending emails

Alright, so this is my old account on Reddit, but I haven't really messed with it in forever.
I totally blanked on what username I wanted for my new one, too. Every time I hit the button to have them send a reset link to my email, it says "sent," but then I check my inbox and... nothing. Just radio silence. Any idea why that happens?

If it hasn't shown up within the next ten or fifteen minutes, it’s probably not coming at all. You might have better luck registering with a Gmail account, or ideally, one provided directly by your ISP like Comcast.

Everything's all good now, problem solved. This is actually my second account.
No worries, I just finally remembered my correct login info—basically, I just needed to remember my password.

So, on one thread it’s sitting at 14 posts, then over on another, it’s bumped up to 14.5... 🙄

Yeah, that’s a possibility. I actually thought the same thing a few times, but I held back from posting because I didn't want to look like I had no idea what I was talking about. 🙈 , but you're right; it’s entirely plausible for a platform this massive with this many users to run into those kinds of hiccups. 🙂
