Resolution issues with one specific app

So, here’s the situation. I use this software maybe once a month—I don't need it constantly, but when I do, it's essential. Everything worked perfectly fine until now, but suddenly I'm running into a glitch. When I launch the program by clicking its icon, it opens up, but the window is massive; it’s actually larger than my 15.6'' laptop screen. I can't resize it at all—not by grabbing the edges or pulling from the corners. All I can do is drag the window around the screen and eventually hunt for the 'X' to close it. The real headache is that there are two critical buttons at the bottom of the interface that I simply can't reach. Since the window is too tall, I can't grab the top bar to slide it up, and since I can't resize it, those buttons remain buried off-screen. I'll leave a link to a full-resolution screenshot below... please, if anyone could help me out, I'd appreciate it. I'm hoping it isn't some catastrophic error that requires a full reinstall; I lost track of my original installation media during a recent move across town...

To clarify, the maximize button (that little square next to the 'X') is completely unresponsive—it's greyed out. I can't even attempt to resize the window diagonally because the system won't let me. The cursor just doesn't behave...

...and to be clear, this issue is isolated strictly to this specific program.

Try right-clicking the taskbar up in the top left... maybe there's a resize option in there 🤷

....man, you actually helped me!!!!! 😍, just not by doing what you suggested. I tried clicking the top right, but everything was grayed out. You see that very last option in the right-click menu? That was the only thing I hadn't tried yet. Once I hit it, the window minimized 👍. Now I can't maximize it again, but honestly, it doesn't matter since it started out looking like this anyway. I went through hell trying to fix this—messing with screen resolutions, searching endlessly on Google, downloading all sorts of sketchy window management software just to pull things back from off-screen... nothing worked. So, thanks for the nudge, man!

I didn't have that 3XD open properly earlier either; I was multitasking and forgot to close the window, 😉, I'm from Chicago.
