Rules for multiquoting

What are the actual rules regarding spamming replies instead of just using the multi-quote tool? Does that actually get you penalized or not? 🤷

Good question.
I know they do that kind of thing with posts on TV shows, but I’m not so sure about cartoons. I haven't really noticed that happening in other PDFs either.

Yeah, true, but even there it wasn't fully resolved... Lately, over on the Defense of Marriage Act thread, I’ve noticed people just firing off five or six posts in a row, replying to every single individual comment one by one... It doesn't make sense, and nobody calls them out on it... 🤷 Not to mention, it looks messy and cluttered... 🤷

Why is learning how to use multi-quote so hard? 🙄
