.. I don't get it... doesn't being a "little monkey" imply some sort of biological basis—an excuse for cheating on an exam?
.. aren't the ones being illogical here the people who won't let you take an exam for five years just because they've labeled you a fraud?

Your logic holds up; it's just the result that's broken. It would be the same if I said "Genghis Khan didn't know how to ride a bike." Logically, the sentence is flawless, and anyone who doesn't know who Genghis Khan was would think it sounds perfectly normal.

(.. you'd probably forgive a little monkey if he wasn't cheating perfectly .. but not a man .. because a man should have learned by now ..) .. and these folks today are much the same .. living just like they always have .. .. so .. if they were actually smart enough .. they would be cheating ..

Oh, they cheat. Just on a much bigger scale. Look at everything they've managed to squeeze out of the USA.
We’re small-timers, cheating over pennies. We don't even have the finesse to pull off a scam where the victim doesn't realize they've been had. When we cheat, it's like having an affair. You don't care if everyone finds out, even if it ruins your life and your marriage.😁To pull off the big-time scams, you need a powerhouse state and a top-tier education system behind you. Get it?😉
