It all started about three weeks ago when I was lugging some heavy gear up to the second floor using just one hand.
The very next day, my ribcage started aching like crazy, specifically along the right side. To make matters worse, I came down with a brutal cold—though I never actually ran a fever. After about a week, the congestion started to clear up, but this strange pain in my ribs actually intensified, even without any fever or other symptoms. It stayed pretty much constant until five days ago, when the discomfort on my left side finally vanished entirely.
Now, the right side is still bothering me, though it’s definitely more of a dull ache than before... but it feels constant, almost unrelenting. Honestly, I feel like I can't lift a finger or even move too quickly without triggering it; just a few days ago, even basic bathroom hygiene was a struggle due to the pain.
Has anyone else dealt with something similar? I'd appreciate any insight you might have!
