Oh, don't you worry about it one bit!
It really isn't anything to get worked up over... eye strain after a long day of work is just a natural part of life, much like how everything seems to get a little blurrier once evening rolls around...
-1 isn't a heavy prescription at all, but honestly, you should probably head to an optometrist for a proper exam, just so you don't end up making things worse by wearing some cheap, low-quality lenses...
